We are offering an exciting opportunity to work as Personal Assistant to the Headteacher within our vibrant, modern school.  The successful applicant will be responsible for providing confidential, efficient and professional administrative support to the Headteacher. 

This is a key role, working directly with the Headteacher, often dealing with highly sensitive and confidential issues.  You will act as first point of contact within the school for staff, governors, local authorities and parents seeking contact with the Head. You will also provide line management for specific administrative, reprographics and reception staff. 

The successful candidate will require exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills for this role as well as experience of working in a similar position.  You must have excellent IT skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office software, in addition to a level 4 qualification or equivalent education.
