We are seeking applications for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and supportive Science Technician to start in September 2023. You will assist the Subject Teachers in the delivery of a high standard of education and an effective working environment for our students. You will work closely with the Head of Science and Team Leader Science Technician.

The successful candidate will have a good level of general education and show technical and administrative competence. Training in specific tasks will be provided by the Team Leader Science Technician and/or Head of Science, however, a specific Science and/or technical qualification would be an advantage.

You will require strong organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, to liaise confidently with teachers and build a good rapport with students to assist the smooth running of the Department.

This rewarding role is both challenging and varied as it includes technical, administrative and housekeeping duties. Dependent on the demands of the curriculum, the balance of these may vary significantly over the course of the school year.
