To enable the school to regularly report to parents on students’ progress, we track student’s progress three times a year.  Every student is formally assessed for each subject during each tracking point and the outcome is reported to parents.

Students are also assessed each tracking point on how consistently they meet the KJS expectations around our values of Ready, Respectful and Engaged. Each subject teacher and form teacher will give a RAG rating indication against each of the three values. Green denotes a student who consistently/always meets our expectations, Amber for a student who often/usually does but could improve in some areas, Red for a student who rarely/only sometimes meets our expectations.

All students will have an opportunity to reflect and review on their tracking data  and set targets and receive appropriate interventions.
