SEND Administrative Assistant
Term Time Only (including Training Days)
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Permanent.
NYGD – £13,131-£13,661 (actual salary) Subject to job evaluation
We are offering an exciting opportunity to work as an Administrative Assistant within our dedicated SEND Department. The core focus of this role is to be the first point of contact for the Learning Support Department whilst providing a full and responsive administrative support service to the SENCo and wider team.
This is a key role in which you will be assisting the SENCo with the day to day running of the department. It will include ensuring effective communication with parents, school staff and other outside agencies. You will coordinate and circulate agendas for meetings and take minutes as required.
The successful candidate will require excellent organisational and communication skills for this roles as well as experience of working in a busy office administration role. You must be computer literate and be proficient in Microsoft Office software in addition to a level 2 qualification or equivalent education.
